discovery & scope
To start, we kick off with a Zoom call to discuss your project. This is an opportunity for us to understand your vision, brand and functional requirements. After agreeing the scope, deliverables and cost, we send a electronic proposal document over which requires signing. Once we receive the signed proposal and you have paid your first invoice (typically 50% of the total website cost) we get to work on your new website.
review & amends
Once we have created your website, we will share a preview link so you can see how its looking. This is your opportunity to feedback any concerns or design elements you don't like - we then incorporate your changes into the design.
design & build
For our Basic and Boost option, you're trusting us with the website design. We do offer 2 rounds of revisions however, so we are 100% confident you will receive a website you are happy with. If you opt for our Brilliance option, then we undergo a full design process, which includes a wireframing exercise and UI designs. This allows you much more control over the creative process.
launch & support
Once we have thoroughly tested and you are happy with your website, we create a 15 minute walkthrough video of how to update and manage it. We then look to connect your domain and launch it for you. Additionally, we offer 2 weeks post-launch support free of charge. This is to provide guidance, or fix any bugs or issues that may arise.

Our budget friendly design and build option is based on an initial 5 pages, taking you from concept, to legitimate and professional business.
To start, we'll kick off with a Zoom call to understand your requirements, then get to work creating your new website. Once complete, we will share the link for you to review and action any change requests you may have.
When you're happy with the final product, we will assist in connecting your domain, provide you with a training video and send the site live!
Our most popular option that's ideal for new or growing businesses, requiring a more strategic approach to their website design - from £995.
Based on an initial 5 pages, we will create you a stunning website that oozes class and professionalism, alongside in depth keyword analysis to inform your page content.
This means you stand the best chance of attracting your ideal customer, generating more high quality site traffic, and ultimately leads or sales for your business.

We start with a discovery phase, taking the time to truly understand your business, positioning, its USP, customers, their pain points and your competitors. From that, we devise a clear strategy to attract your target persona and convert them into qualified leads.
This option includes a full design phase, which includes content mapping, high fidelity wireframes and full colour UI designs. We also take on the responsibility of producing your new website copy!
